Submit your collected boarding passes at any Jazeera airways sales office or counter and receive a travel voucher for a free ticket. You may also submit your booking reference numbers over email to claim your free flight(s). Your free flight will be valid for one year, so you can plan where to go and when to fly at your own convenience.
For Economy Class, you are allowed to carry on board one piece of baggage with total maximum weight of 7 kg.
For Business Class, you are allowed to carry on board two pieces of baggage with total maximum weight of 15 kg combined.
For Economy Class, you are allowed to bring baggage with maximum weight of 30 kg (40 kg for flights to or from CAI, HBE, and SSH).
For Business Class, you are allowed to bring baggage with maximum weight of 50 kg (60 kg for flights to or from CAI, HBE, and SSH)
Online Check-in is available from 24 hours to 1 hour before the scheduled departure; however, in case you are carrying baggage which needs to be checked in, you have to be present before the check-in counter for fast baggage drop at least one hour before departure time.
