  • ​Force Majeure: We don't charge cancellation fees canceled due to "force majeure “events such as volcanoes, earthquakes, or other natural disasters
  • Personal or Business reasons: If you need to cancel for personal or business reasons, the following penalties apply
  • Before 30 days: A refund of 50% of the total amount will be refunded
  • Before 15 days: Only 25% of the total will be refunded
  • Within 15 days: The Booking is non-refundable
