Two adults & up to four children aged 16 years and under at the date of travel for single trip policies, and for annual policies, the date the policy starts. All policy limits apply per person as defined in the policy document.
Children are insured free of charge provided a family policy is selected – see above definition of family. For family single trip the premium price is 200% of the adult rate.
Yes, the maximum age is 75 years at the time the policy is issued. An additional premium is payable for customers aged between 66 & 75 (when the policy is issued) & WISConnectz will calculate the additional premium payable.
The customer must be a resident of GCC at the time the policy is issued and must not be aged over 75 years.
Yes, as with all insurance policies there are conditions and exclusions that apply. The policy wording is written in friendly English. All customers should be encouraged to read the policy wording especially the “Important Medical Information” shown on page 4. You should always ensure that a copy of the insurance schedule and policy document is given to the customer by email or hard copy immediately after the policy is purchased.
