While we works around the clock to make sure everything goes according to plan, sometimes things may fall through the cracks. No worries, our Support Team has you covered.
First, make sure you booked correctly. As humans that we are, we can make mistakes. Check the time and date on your booking confirmation email to make sure you did not book for an earlier or later time. If the booking was made for a different time you may need to wait for it to arrive.
Second, make sure you have followed your Pickup Instructions. Each booking has a set of instructions for you to meet your driver. It is vital that you read and follow those instructions in order for the service to take place correctly. If you book a ride that includes Meet and Greet Service, the driver will be waiting for you on the arrivals hall with a sign with your name on it. Otherwise, you may need to go to a meeting point, check in at an office/desk/booth at the airport, or call a dispatch central for your driver to be sent to the pickup point.
Third, call the emergency line on your confirmation email. Most times, your driver is there but you have missed him or you've missed each other. A call to our local provider may be necessary so that they tell you exactly where the driver is waiting for you and the driver where you are waiting.
Most of our vehicles will allow you to bring a foldable wheelchair. Please make sure you take into account the amount of luggage you'll bring since the foldable wheelchair will take up space in the trunk of the vehicle. Please let us know you'll be bringing a foldable wheelchair on the Special Instructions right before you confirm your booking.
While we attempt to cover all of your needs, not all of our vehicles are wheelchair accessible. We show a picture of the vehicle with a ramp whenever a wheelchair accessible vehicle is available.
Making a change to a reservation is fairly simple but will depend on a series of conditions. Mainly that your reservation is within the cancellation policy and that the provider you selected can accommodate the changes you're requiring.
Please note, changes may have additional charges since prices are subject to change. Make sure you request your change as soon as possible for us to be able to assist you.
Remember, if your request is still within the cancellation cut-off, you could simply cancel your existing reservation and rebook it with the correct details.
You can cancel your booking in two clicks! We know that sometimes your plans change, so we've tried to make it easy for you to cancel, in case you need to. As long as it's before the provider's cancellation cut-off* (differs by provider, usually 24 hours or less), you can just click on the cancellation link in your confirmation email.
*Please note: When cancelling a reservation you will receive a cash refund (if you added our Enhanced Cancellation Policy or Flexible Cancellation Policy to your booking) or a credit voucher (with our Free Cancellation Policy) which can be used for a new booking through Mozio.
