About EgyptAir
For a country of an important ancient civilization, like Egypt, it has to take the initiative to be the first in the Middle East to establish an airline. As the national carrier of Egypt, EgyptAir dates back to May, 1932, to be one of the leading airlines in the world. EgyptAir started operations with the Spartan Cruiser in 1933.
With its hub being based in Cairo International Airport, EgyptAir runs scheduled passenger and cargo services to over 80 destinations in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. EgyptAir was keen to occupy the most important landmarks in Egypt as secondary hubs, like Burj Al Arab International Airport, Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport, Luxor International Airport, Assiut International Airport, and Sohag International Airport.
Being eager to offer better flight connections and more ambient travel, EgyptAir acquired the membership of Star Aliance network, along with Arabesk Airline Alliance and Arab Air Carriers Organization.
With each flight by EgyptAir, or any other Star Alliance Members Carriers, you can earn miles through EgyptAir Plus membership, the thing which enables passengers to stockpile free miles as well as travel-related services.
Moreover, you can book your flight on EgyptAir through the online booking platform, asfartrip, which will offer you the best and cheapest fares of tickets.
